The Regulated Birth Workshop is an in-person birth education experience in the comfort of your own home. It is focused on understanding how the nervous system influences labour, birth, and early bonding.
Grounded in physiology and gentle nervous system awareness, this workshop supports you to prepare your body for birth by fostering safety, connection, and trust. You’ll learn how hormones, environment, movement, and support work together to influence labour, so you can approach birth feeling informed, steady, and supported.
Price: $297
