What to Expect

The Mother Circle is a child-free, in-person gathering for mothers to slow down, connect, and be deeply heard. The circle will begin with gentle nervous system regulation practices and practical tools to support regulation in everyday motherhood, followed by a facilitated open sharing space. This is a calm, supportive environment where mothers can speak openly, listen without fixing, and feel held in community.

Led by Shan, a midwife of 9 years, baby massage instructor, and mother to two, & Kate, an IBCLC, and mother of 4. Both have completed their women circle facilitator training. You are in safe hands here.
